Penguin Benefits, a self-service parental leave planning platform, launched in 2020 as a B2C product. They were ready as of 2023 to target the insurance industry to expand their sales approach to B2B. They came to us for help developing a marketing strategy as well as a redesign of their website.
The Work
We worked with Penguin’s strategic advisors and founder to create a formalized marketing strategy that could improve their reach and brand awareness in the group insurance market. We also redesigned their website to better engage with the target audience and improved their messaging to more effectively communicate their story and capabilities.

A comprehensive marketing strategy that directed their focus toward key objectives and allowed them to better prioritize and budget their resources. We also delivered a new website in a matter of just 4 months, ensuring they had it available at a peak time for their business development needs.
